Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept to deployment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your technical judgment, hands-on skills, and ability to see the bigger picture will be highly valued. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Translating functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
2. Designing and deploying infrastructure, ideally using Kubernetes and cloud-native tools.
3. Writing high-quality software, primarily in Python, following best practices in design, testing, and maintainability.
4. Building and maintaining ETL pipelines working with large-scale datasets.
5. Managing relational and non-relational databases with confidence and autonomy.
6. Automating deployments and integrations, contributing to the evolution of our DevOps practices.
7. Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, bringing clarity, structure, and technical insight.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone with a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience, and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with clean, maintainable code.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Experience designing or maintaining ETL processes, especially with large data volumes.
• Solid understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance considerations.
• A good grasp of software architecture principles and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Comfort working in a collaborative environment with autonomy and ownership.
• Level B2 or higher of English (spoken and written)

Only candidates with legal authorization to work in Spain will be considered.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Interest in data-intensive applications or analytics platforms.
