Ball Corporation is seeking a Senior Sustainability Engineer - Chemical Process to drive energy KPI goals, especially water, through auditing, standardization and implementation of best practices across Water, Chemical, and Wastewater management.

The role requires SME expertise in can manufacturing processes, strong Lean Six Sigma deployment, and the ability to train site personnel while collaborating with global engineering teams. Travel 50–70% is expected.

Formación

• University degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years experience in chemical process operations in can manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory role leading chemical process operations.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment and process optimization.
• Willing to travel 50–70% of working time.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for can washers, front end lubricating systems, and chemical processes used in can manufacturing.
• Implement global standards to drive best-in-class water and waste generation.
• Support stakeholders in adopting global standards; train plant employees on water and waste generation practices.
• Demonstrate Lean Six Sigma knowledge across project phases.
• Develop plans for capital projects supporting global standards implementation.
• Translate data into strategy and action plans for the BPAMEA region.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify new sustainability technologies for global Standards.
