Ball Corporation is seeking a Process Expert to drive startup performance for new builds and line conversions across washer, RO, and WWT areas. You will lead a defined process area, optimise chemistry and utilities, and build capability across sites during critical startup phases.

The role requires frequent travel within the EMEA region to support operations and projects; fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience as CPO/CPM in can manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with washers, wastewater treatment, soluble oil systems, filtration and cooling towers.
• Ability to train others and transfer process knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach with reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform specialised chemical and process adjustments to optimise production outcomes.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex mechanical/process issues.
• Ensure reliable startup performance of chemical processing equipment.
• Provide technical leadership for FE area during startup phases.
• Train site personnel in process understanding and autonomous operation.
• Support emergency breakdowns and line conversions.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety/compliance.
• Identify waste and inefficiencies; drive continuous improvement.
• Support preventive maintenance routines.
• Optimise processing lines using inline measurement systems and controls.
• Support BOE standards implementation within assigned areas.
