Ball Corporation is seeking a Process Expert to ensure successful startup performance for new builds and line conversions across washer, RO, and WWT areas. You will drive efficiency, minimize spoilage, and ensure environmental compliance while optimizing material use and utilities.

Travel across the EMEA region to support operations and projects is required. The role demands strong chemical engineering knowledge, hands-on equipment experience, and the ability to train others.

Formación

• Chemical Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 3 years experience as CPO/CPM in can manufacturing.
• Hands-on with washers, wastewater treatment, soluble oil systems, filtration and cooling towers.
• Train-the-Trainer certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with data analysis/reporting skills.
• Experience with line launches or rebuild projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility to operate across EMEA.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform specialised chemical and process adjustments to optimise production outcomes.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex mechanical and process issues.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of chemical processing equipment during startups.
• Provide technical leadership for FE area performance during startup phases.
• Train site personnel in process understanding and autonomous operation.
• Support emergency breakdowns and size conversions for local teams.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety and site compliance.
• Identify and eliminate waste and material losses; drive continuous improvement.
• Support development and execution of preventive maintenance routines.
• Optimise processing lines using inline measurement systems and controls.
• Assist in implementing BOE standards within assigned areas.
