Responsibilities :
- Ensure functionality, stability, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a main focus on EC, Platform(Permissions), COMP and PMGM.
- Act as a second-level support contact for HR teams globally, resolving system-related issues across various channels (ticketing system, email, phone, chat).
- Provide onboarding and ongoing support to HR system users, including HR admins and partners across multiple countries.
- Manage large-scale and ad hoc HR data changes, including mass uploads and data validations.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver global HR reports and dashboards, supporting both recurring and one-time reporting needs.
- Support global and local KPI processes by gathering and analyzing relevant HR data.
- Participate in system updates and release testing, ensuring successful implementation of new features and functionalities.
- Recommend and configure enhancements or new features within the assigned SuccessFactors modules.
- Collect and consolidate HR data from various sources to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Document existing and new HR processes, workflows, and system changes to ensure clear and consistent usage.
- Create and maintain training materials and user guides for both HR administrators and end users.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across 24+ countries in a diverse, multicultural environment.
Requirements :
- Over 5 years of experience in administrative and consultancy roles across various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Platform (Position and Permission Management), Compensation, LMS, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment, and PMGM
- Solid background in HR systems implementation and integration
- General understanding of HR and Payroll processes
- Ability to translate business needs into system change requests
- Experienced in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, developing reports, conducting system tests, and creating documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in virtual, cross-border team environments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Experience coordinating teams
- Fluent in business English
