Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Spain seeks a Senior Commissioning & Service Engineer to deliver, commission, troubleshoot and upgrade Substation Automation Systems for utilities and industrial customers across Spain.

You will work hands-on on field deployments, interfacing with customers to explain technical issues and propose improvements. Working with MicroSCADA, protection and control systems, and digital substation solutions, you will help enhance grid reliability while coordinating with service

Formación

Experience in Substation Automation, SCADA and Protection & Control.
Proven commissioning, troubleshooting and lifecycle service experience.
On-site customer-facing role with ability to travel 0–20%.

Responsabilidades

Perform advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades and repairs on complex systems.
Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
Execute service activities in line with standards, quality, Health & Safety and contractual requirements.
Act as the main technical interface for customers during service and after-service follow-up.
Support customer training and on-site guidance when required.
Provide technical input for service quotations, upgrades and retrofit opportunities.
Coordinate with service coordinators, project managers, engineering and supply chain teams.
