Array Technologies in Pamplona, Spain seeks a Structural Project Engineer III to develop applications that analyze and optimize solar mounting systems using advanced Excel tools and programming languages. You will collaborate with Array teams and engineering contractors, serving as a technical lead and project manager for automation programs related to structural engineering processes.

You will ensure timely, within-budget delivery of engineering deliverables, support pre-sales and contracting

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, civil, structural or geotechnical engineering.
  • +3 years’ experience in project engineering/management.
  • +5 years’ experience in Engineering.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in structural calculation TRICALC, CYPE (Metal 3D), ANSYS-CIVILFEM, CONSTELL.
  • Proficient in Excel macros and VBA, Python, or MATLAB.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, analyze, and optimize solar mounting systems for assigned projects (metallic structures).
  • Apply building codes and engineering principles to design tracker structures and components.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools and macros for design, analysis, and product configuration.
  • Lead customer technical discussions and provide design support.
  • Act as internal technical leader, participate in project meetings and estimate effort.
