Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en el sector de turbinas eólicas.
• Conocimientos en diseño de componentes mecánicos y estructuras de acero.

Responsabilidades

• Cálculo FEM para el diseño de componentes mecánicos de plataformas multi-megavatios.
• Desarrollo de nuevos conceptos cumpliendo con normativas y estándares.

Análisis de fatiga

Programación en Python

Job Description:

YOUR TASKS:

1. General description: FEM calculation of different structures to support the design of the mechanical components and tooling on multi-megawatt platform.
2. Simulation and calculation for the further development, design and verification of steel construction and mechanical components of wind turbines.
3. Close cooperation and regular exchange with other development and specialist departments, component manufacturers and certification.
4. Development of new development concepts in compliance with valid standards and regulations and their interpretation regulations as well as technology transfer to the development departments.
5. Development of structural components taking into account all phases of the life cycle (end to end) and support for root cause determination of field topics.
6. Development and documentation of calculation methods for the continuous improvement of the team.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Complementary Training: Mandatory calculation by finite element method.
2. Excellent knowledge of analytics / statics / dynamics and reliable abstraction of physical operating principles.
3. Sound knowledge and experience in the design of steel construction and mechanical engineering components, considering valid standards and regulations for wind turbines, especially EUROCODE.
4. Knowledge of fatigue analysis methods and structure dynamics.
5. Advanced programming and development of analysis tools (MathCad, Matlab, Python).
6. Flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks. Ability to work as a team and transverse communication.
7. Optionally desirable programming competencies.
8. Languages/Level: English. Ideally skills in German and Spanish.
9. Experience: 5+ years in the wind turbine sector.
10. Availability to travel.
