Satispay is seeking a Senior Strategic Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives from the Office of the CEO across Luxembourg and Milan. You’ll translate regulatory and business obligations into executable roadmaps, lead multi-hub programs, and report to executives with data-driven insights.

You will partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk, optimize governance, and champion best practices to accelerate product velocity while ensuring PSD2/GDPR alignment.

In this role you will drive critical cross-functional initiatives as a senior strategic project manager in the Office of the CEO. You’ll connect executive leadership with operations, regulatory, product, and business teams across Luxembourg and Milan to translate obligations into executable plans. You’ll solve complex problems with data-backed, user-focused solutions while shaping governance and project roadmaps. You’ll lead multi-hub initiatives and champion best practices to accelerate product velocity and regulatory alignment. This is a high-impact, ownership-driven opportunity at a fast-growing fintech.

• Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on experience in a regulated environment
• Regulatory, legal, and compliance expertise
• Proven track record in end-to-end, multi-stakeholder project leadership
• Good understanding of fintech landscape, EMI licensing, and European regulation (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR)
• Cross-border leadership across distributed offices and matrixed teams
• Executive presence and strong communication to synthesize complex concepts
• Mobility to relocate to Luxembourg and travel to Milan; fluent in English; Italian an asset
