TK Airport Solutions, unidad de TK Elevator, busca un profesional de compras estratégicas para liderar negociaciones y gestionar relaciones con proveedores internacionales desde Mieres.

Se valorará experiencia en entornos técnicos, capacidad analítica y liderazgo de equipos. Modelo de trabajo híbrido en Asturias con interacción global y desarrollo profesional dentro de un entorno técnico en expansión.

Formación

• Formación en Ingeniería, Administración o Cadena de Suministro.
• 5–7+ años de experiencia en sourcing/procurement en entornos industriales.
• Historial en gestión de proveedores internacionales y negociación.
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas para interpretar tendencias de mercado.
• Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando en estructura matricial.
• Capacidad de colaborar con ingeniería y producción.
• Conocimientos en reporting y análisis de presupuesto.
• Conocimientos de procesos de calidad de proveedores.
• Nivel alto de Inglés (B2/C1).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.

Descripción del empleo

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
• Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate them into sourcing decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams, aligning internal requirements with market offerings.
• Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
• High level of English (B2/C1 minimum), essential for international supplier and team interaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously in demanding environments.
