TK Airport Solutions, unidad de negocio de TKE, busca un gerente de programas con experiencia internacional para liderar planes, presupuestos y equipos multiculturales.

La posición, basada en Baíña, Mieres, ofrece modelo híbrido y desarrollo profesional en un entorno técnico internacional.

Formación

• 5–7 años de experiencia en gestión de programas o roles de consultoría.
• Conocimiento de procesos de desarrollo de productos y de gestión de proyectos a nivel global.
• Habilidad para liderar iniciativas sin autoridad en una organización matricial.
• Ubicación en Asturias (Baíña, Mieres) para el puesto.
• Capacidad analítica y excelentes habilidades de facilitación y comunicación.
• Dominio alto de MS Office y nivel alto de inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener planes de proyectos de I+D, cronogramas, hitos y asignación de recursos.
• Monitorear el progreso del proyecto y asegurar la finalización oportuna.
• Rastrear presupuestos, costes de desarrollo y utilización de recursos.
• Coordinar actividades de proyecto entre equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Organizar y facilitar reuniones de revisión de proyectos, seguimiento y reporte de gestión.
• Escalar problemas que afecten a los objetivos del proyecto y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Asegurar cumplimiento con el proceso de desarrollo de producto y gobernanza del proyecto.
• Mantener la documentación del proyecto y el reporting de KPI.

• Develop and maintain R&D project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of planned deliverables.
• Track project budgets, development costs and resource utilization.
• Coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Organize and facilitate project review meetings, progress tracking and management reporting.
• Escalate issues impacting project objectives and support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with the company's product development process and project governance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and KPI reporting.

A quién buscamos

• Academic degree in engineering or Technical studies.
• Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience
• Experience in Product Development Processes & Project Management Processes & Tools in global environments.
• Ability to lead initiatives without authority in a matrix organization: create plans, drive alignment across functions and monitor implementation.
• At least 5-7 years of work experience (program management or consultancy roles preferred), ideally in an international /multicultural environment.
• Applicants should be located in Asturias, given that the position is based at our Baíña, Mieres site.
• Analytical with outstanding facilitation and communication skills. Ability to tailor reports and communications for the Executive levels.
• Able to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to build strong good working relationships with management and team.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and high English level
