TK Elevator busca un perfil técnico–gerencial híbrido para proyectos de automatización industrial en aviación y puertos, con foco en soluciones de boarding bridges y sistemas de atraque de buques/aviones. El/la PM planifica, coordina y cierra hitos con el cliente, buscando propuestas comerciales y relaciones a largo plazo.

Se exige experiencia de 5–10 años en gestión de proyectos internacionales, capacidad de coordinación entre departamentos y nivel C1 de inglés; se solicita alemán intermedio.

• Experiencia de 5–10 años como project manager en empresa internacional de bienes de capital.
• Capacidad de coordinación entre departamentos y comunicación con clientes.
• Nivel C1 de inglés y nivel intermedio de alemán.

Responsabilidades

• Planificación de proyectos y control de hitos, costes y plazos.
• Coordinar técnicos, recursos y proveedores; gestionar riesgos.
• Comunicar cambios de alcance y asegurar entrega según contrato.

THE ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a hybrid technical-management profile to be part of projects related to industrial automation for airport and port operations environments, with a strong focus on boarding bridge solutions and vessel/aircraft docking guidance systems, as well as other engineering projects within the airport and port ecosystem.

We are looking for a hybrid technical-management profile to be part of projects related to industrial automation for airport and port operations environments, with a strong focus on boarding bridge solutions and vessel/aircraft docking guidance systems, as well as other engineering projects within the airport and port ecosystem.

Our PM plans the projects and ensures their completion, meeting key milestones, deadlines, and conditions agreed with the client. This includes seeking ways to generate new commercial proposals and maintaining a good long-term relationship with the client while achieving the established economic results for each project.

MAIN TASKS OF THE ROLE

• - Project planning. Do "do":
• Ensure that each department of the company performs its duties for the completion of the project under its responsibility.
• Be the voice of the client within the company and the voice of the company to the client.
• Ensure that the client receives what they want on time and within the expected costs.
• Coordinate project technicians: organizing the work of technicians assigned to projects, coordinating material resources (purchases, rentals, etc.) and human resources for the project.
• Establish the strategy to follow in each project in terms of timeline and cost.
• Detect potential risks in the project.
• Mobilize different departments in the right direction when unforeseen events arise.
• Attend visits and other client requirements.
• - Control the projects
• Ensure that the final result matches the descriptions in the contractual documents (order, proposal, and approved plans).
• Control project revenues, costs, and timelines. Monitor the financial progress of ongoing projects.
• Communicate and supervise changes to the scope of supply.
• - Identify areas for improvement
• Identify inefficient processes
• Highlight deficiencies in procedures
• Pursue improvements. Ensure "doing"

A quién buscamos

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager in an international company dedicated to the manufacturing of capital goods or the management of large projects.

Strong communication Skills in order to coordinate and work as a team with other departments in order to achieve the project goals.

C1 english level or equivalent

**INTERMEDIATE - CONVERSATIONAL LEVEL OF GERMAN IS A MUST. THE POSITION REQUIRES TO INTEACT WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN THIS LANGUAGE. **

• Education / Qualifications:

University degree, either bachelor's or master's. Specialization in Industrial Engineering.

• Desirable: Training in PMP and/or project management.
• Knowledge of planning tools (Primavera, MSP).
