TK Airport Solutions, unidad de TK Elevator, busca un/a gerente comercial internacional para coordinar contratos y desarrollo de negocio en Europa y LATAM. Liderar equipos descentralizados y garantizar cumplimiento de normativas aeroportuarias, con foco en seguridad y calidad.

La persona ideal tendrá 5–10 años en roles comerciales en servicios internacionales, dominio avanzado de inglés y Excel, y disponibilidad para viajar ~30%.

Formación

• Bachiller/maestría en Ingeniería Industrial o equivalente.
• 5–10 años de experiencia comercial en empresas internacionales de servicios o grandes proyectos.
• Conocimiento del mercado aeroportuario y normativas aplicables.
• Experiencia en gestión de contratos, control de garantías y KPIs.
• Liderazgo de equipos descentralizados y coordinación remota.
• Enfoque en seguridad ocupacional y cultura de prevención.
• Excel avanzado y manejo de datos.

Responsabilidades

• Mantener conocimiento profundo de contratos actuales y su estado de ejecución.
• Monitorear y analizar desempeño comercial (backlog, ingresos, tendencias).
• Resolver rápidamente solicitudes e incidencias de clientes relativas a contratos.
• Coordinar acciones comerciales y de desarrollo con filiales Europeas y LATAM.
• Liderar y desarrollar equipos multiculturales a través de múltiples sucursales.
• Impulsar cultura de prevención y seguridad en todas las obras y servicios.
• Gestionar relaciones con clientes, autoridades y otros stakeholders del aeropuerto.
• Analizar mercados locales e identificar oportunidades para servicios.
• Supervisar gestión de personas, administración y ventas dentro de la responsabilidad.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current contracts across all regions and their execution status.
• Monitor and analyze commercial performance data across branches, including order backlog, revenue forecasts, and sales trends.
• Ensure swift resolution of client requests and incidents related to contractual agreements.
• Coordinate commercial and business development actions with the Europe and LATAM branches, aligning regional strategy with area objectives.
• Lead and develop decentralized, multicultural teams (Services Managers, Project Managers, Branch Managers) across multiple branches, demonstrating proven remote team management capabilities.
• Drive a strong culture of prevention and safety across all executed works and services, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, authorities, and other stakeholders within the airport ecosystem, with strong institutional representation skills.
• Analyze local markets and identify commercial opportunities for services.
• Oversee people management, administration, and sales within the scope of responsibility.

A quién buscamos

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial roles within international service companies or large project management.
• Strong knowledge of the airport market and applicable regulations is highly valued.
• Proven experience in contract management, warranty control, and commercial KPI tracking.
• Solid track record leading decentralized or international teams, with demonstrable remote coordination skills.
• Strong focus on occupational safety and prevention culture in operational environments.
• Excellent client relationship and institutional representation skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working in international environments (Europe and LATAM).
• Availability to travel approximately 30% of the time (occasional trips, no extended stays).
• Advanced English (essential); additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Office, especially Excel and data handling.
