Amadeus in Madrid is seeking a Senior Strategic Media Partnerships Manager to lead the development and management of high-value partnerships across data providers, media publishers, ad-tech vendors, and travel industry players.

The role focuses on nurturing relationships, driving trials, evaluating opportunities, and ensuring collaborations deliver measurable business impact while coordinating with product, commercial, legal, and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate strategic contracts. Drive commercial and legal negotiations to secure agreements aligned with Media's goals.
• Lead structured evaluations with partners that show strong potential to meet Media business objectives.
• Manage onboarding and relationships. Coordinate onboarding, oversee collaboration, and ensure partnership objectives are consistently met; negotiate amendments as needed.
• Build and maintain industry network. Leverage and expand relationships across airlines, hotel chains, OTAs, data providers, and media publishers.
• Cross-functional alignment. Work closely with product, commercial, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Job Title

Summary of the role:

The Strategic Partnerships Senior Specialist will lead the development and management of high-value partnerships across data providers, media publishers, ad-tech vendors, and key travel industry players. The role includes managing ongoing relationships, initiating and evaluating new media and data partnerships, driving trials with potential partners, and ensuring collaborations deliver measurable business impact.

Leveraging an existing network with airlines, hotel chains, and OTAs this role will identify new opportunities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and secure long-term strategic relationships that support our hospitality media growth. This role is crucial to the success of the business.

In tis role you will :

• Lead the development and management of high-value partnerships
• Negotiate strategic contracts. Drive commercial and legal negotiations to secure agreements aligned with Media's goals.

About ideal Candidate:

• BA (minimum) preferably in an analytical/digital advertising field of study.
• Proven track record in leading high-value strategic partnerships across the travel, media, and ad-tech ecosystem.
• Experienced in initiating and negotiating complex media and data partnerships, managing partnership pipelines, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable commercial impact.
• Skilled in overseeing trials, evaluating partner performance, and shaping long-term partnership strategies that support product and business growth.
• English is mandatory
