Amadeus in Madrid is seeking a Contract Fulfillment Specialist to translate signed contracts into SAP, prepare billing data, and run month-end close. You will collaborate with Billing, Accounting, and regional teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, driving accuracy and process improvement in our finance operations.

A degree in business/finance and 3–5 years of related experience are required, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience or equivalent in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory—learning support is provided.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with deadline prioritization.
• Attention to detail and accountability balanced with collaboration.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to process improvements.

In this role, you\'ll
