ATLANTIS ANIMATION is an animation studio based in the heavenly Canary Island of Tenerife. A combination of creative talent and technology definitely distinguishes us as a different studio to produce high quality animated series and feature films. We produced the sensational series Tara Duncan and Miraculous Ladybug season 5, both broadcasted on Disney Channel and Disney +.

We are now getting ready for an absolutely new captivating project, the series 'Messi and the Giants', produced by Sony Music Vision, Sony Pictures Television Kids and Leo Messi Management, and broadcasted by Disney. An epic saga where a young boy named Leo is transported from his home in Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe.

ATLANTIS ANIMATION is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Storyboard Artist to join our team and to create the visual representation of the script, translating the director's vision into pictures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create storyboards that visually represent the script and bring the story to life.
• Design dynamic and cinematic sequences, focusing on action scenes, comedy, and fantasy elements.
• Collaborate closely with the director, concept artists, and other departments to ensure a cohesive vision.
• Refine and adapt storyboards based on feedback from the creative team.
• Ensure all storyboards meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

Profile Required

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in storyboarding in an animation studio.
• A passion for visual storytelling with a strong sense of composition, rhythm, and dynamism.
• Previous experience creating storyboards for high-action and fantasy-themed narratives.
• Strong drawing skills (traditional or digital).
• Ability to interpret scripts and transform them into clear, dynamic, and engaging visuals.
• Exceptional artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and visual continuity.
• Proficiency in storyboard software (such as Toon Boom Storyboard Pro) and digital drawing tools.
• Good knowledge of Shotgrid.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Team player, open to feedback, and able to work within deadlines.
• Languages: good command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Salary: based on experience.
