Job summary

This role focuses on statutory reporting, audits, financial controls, and balance sheet governance for assigned entities to ensure local GAAP compliance and reliable regional reporting.

You will collaborate with Global Finance Services, support tax reporting, and help strengthen internal controls across the finance function while working closely with the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory reporting.
• Experience with audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Knowledge of local tax reporting requirements.
• Accounting or Finance degree and/or professional accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for assigned legal entities.
• Support audits by providing documentation and addressing queries.
• Assist management with complex accounting entries.
• Review entries processed by Global Finance Services per SLAs.
• Analyze balance sheet reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items.
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L reviews for regional reporting.
• Support external advisors with local tax reporting and compliance.
• Ensure internal controls are effective and documented.
• Support Head of Finance in balance sheet reviews and Local GAAP compliance.
