HBX Group is seeking a Finance professional responsible for statutory reporting, audit support, and balance sheet governance. The role ensures local GAAP compliance and robust financial controls, while delivering accurate regional reporting and tax conformity.

You will coordinate with external auditors, maintain balance sheet integrity, and assist management with complex journals and reconciliations to mitigate financial risks.

Formación

• Accounting or Finance degree and/or professional accounting qualification.
• Experience with audits, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for assigned legal entities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accounting documentation and resolving audit queries.
• Assist management with complex accounting entries and transactions.
• Review accounting entries processed by Global Finance Services (GFS) in line with agreed SLAs.
• Analyze balance sheet reconciliations and resolve unreconciled items to mitigate financial and audit risks.
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L reviews and deliver regional financial reporting.
• Support external advisors with local tax reporting and compliance requirements.
• Ensure finance internal controls are effective and documentation remains current.
• Support the Head of Finance in maintaining robust balance sheet review processes and Local GAAP compliance.
