We’re hiring a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce Global Services team in Barcelona and support the Delivery Hero Group’s ecosystem.

YOUR MISSION

In this role you will combine Glovo’s vibrant, fast‑paced culture with the reach and complexity of the Delivery Hero Group, building scalable solutions that support the entire global ecosystem of the Group. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences that empower Quick Commerce partners to operate, fulfil orders and scale across any brand.

The Journey

• Lead design strategy in sync with product strategy and vision by collaborating with cross‑functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user‑centric design solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Drive the end‑to‑end product design process, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production‑ready, high‑quality Android mobile user experiences using Figma as the primary tool.
• Become the voice of the user, bringing their narrative to the forefront of product discussions.
• Promote design solutions and best practices within and across the organization, inspiring creativity and challenging established thinking.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases a user‑centric approach and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in B2C products and Android mobile design; proficiency with Figma’s distributed version control tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and initiatives in a fast‑paced environment, prioritising effectively.
• Experience leading research initiatives and design discussions, and comfort advocating proposals through data‑driven narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Collaborative ability with product managers, developers and senior stakeholders to align on goals and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Leadership and mentorship experience is highly valued.
