Senior/Staff Product Designer, UX - (Quick Commerce)

We are part of the Delivery Hero Group and look for a Senior/Staff Product Designer to join the Quick Commerce Global Services team in Barcelona. The role supports the global ecosystem and involves full product development from ideation to usability testing.

YOUR MISSION

You will combine Glovo's culture with Delivery Hero's reach, working in a Central team to build scalable solutions for our partners. You will be involved in brainstorming, research, usability testing, and creating simple design solutions used worldwide.

THE JOURNEY

• Lead design strategy to align with product vision, collaborating with cross‑functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into user‑centric design solutions that deliver business outcomes.
• Drive end‑to‑end product design from discovery and research to high‑fidelity designs and implementation support.
• Deliver production‑ready, high‑quality Android mobile UX using Figma.
• Advocate for user narrative in product discussions.
• Promote design solutions and best practices, inspiring creativity and challenging established thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5‑7 years experience as a Product Designer, strong portfolio, B2C products, Android mobile design, and Figma distributed version control.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment with prioritization and time‑management skills.
• Lead research initiatives and design discussions, advocating proposals with data‑driven stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish a plus.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentorship experience valued.
