Adaptive is seeking a Senior SRE engineer to join our Barcelona team, focusing on reliability, scalability, and automation across cloud-based platforms.

You will collaborate with development and operations to implement CI/CD, monitor systems, and continuously improve security and performance. This role offers a hybrid environment with a focus on engineering excellence.

• Extensive troubleshooting and coordination skills.

• Test, evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Facilitate automation and standardisation to simplify deployment.
• Contribute to best practice definitions for project installations.

THE HIRING PROCESS:

We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

So here you will have three-stage interviews:

1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.

2- A Zoom chat with one of our DevOps colleagues, where they will ask you detailed questions about DevOps knowledge and your experience

3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a simple technical task to do.

But don't worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
