Adaptive Financial Consulting is seeking a Senior/SRE engineer to join our Barcelona team. You will guide CI/CD practices, maintain scalable infrastructure, and support projects while improving operational reliability and security.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on cloud engineering, and proactive monitoring to ensure high availability of critical systems across our clients.

Formación

• Extensive troubleshooting and coordination experience with large-scale, customer-critical systems.
• Experience deploying and supporting complex, stateful services (DBs, RAFT clusters).
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, and automation tooling (Terraform, cloud automation).

Responsabilidades

• Guide the development team in CI/CD best practices and full system testing.
• Maintain infrastructure, support projects, and apply lessons learned to improve practices.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and assist in timely resolution of issues.

We are now looking for a Senior/ SRE engineer to join our team!

YOU ARE:

YOU HAVE :

• Extensive Troubleshooting Skills & Coordination skills.
• Demonstrated skill in deploying and supporting large-scale, customer-critical systems.
• A strong understanding of AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Linux.
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of common network protocols.
• Strong understanding of Terraform and cloud automation tools.
• Good knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash).
• Good knowledge of Docker.
• Experience in building, deploying and managing stateful services (Database, RAFT Cluster, etc).

YOU WILL BE :

• Guiding the development team in best practice CI/CD, and full system testing.
• Supporting projects solutions and support teams, maintaining the infrastructure, and using lessons learnt to improve best practices.
• Troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, identifying issues and assisting in their timely resolution.
• Maintaining strict adherence to the security policies of the organisation.
• Enhancing cloud services operations and monitoring to be as proactive as possible.
• Designing maintenance procedures and operational guide.
• Testing, evaluating and implementing new technologies.
• Making this project easy to deploy and manage, through automation & standardisation.
• Participating in best practice definition for project installations.
