Adaptive is seeking a QA Lead to drive the quality assurance strategy for a high-impact financial technology project. You will lead QA activities, promote best practices, and collaborate with development and client teams to maximize test coverage and deliver reliable software.

You will coach the team, derive test cases from designs, implement test automation, and ensure quality is everyone’s responsibility through proactive testing and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience leading QA efforts in agile teams.
• Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs.
• Strong knowledge of TDD/BDD and test automation.
• Clear understanding of the QA role within Agile SDLC and stakeholder collaboration.

YOU HAVE:

• Significant experience in a QA lead role
• The ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders

YOU WILL:

• Propose, create and enhance project’s test strategy considering test automation approach
• Confidently leverage your experience in questioning and challenging existing practices while actively promoting QA best practices
• Encourage a mindset/culture by educating your team that quality is everyone's responsibility and focusing your time on value-add testing tasks, rather than routine checks
• Approach complex challenges with a positive mindset, fostering collaboration with the team and the client
• Define and enhance the quality assurance process based on the project needs
• Provide support and offer guidance to the team in QA related activities
• Build a solid understanding on business, technical and operational requirements
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and provide your analysis on the results
• Collaborate with DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage
• Work with Dev and Devops team to improve our test automation tools and solutions

THE PROCESS

Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us.

We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

So here you will have three stage interviews:

1- A chat with one of our great recruiters.

2- A zoom chat with one of our QA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about QA knowledge and your experience

3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom). During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a technical task to do.

But don’t worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
