WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Adhere to agreed SLAs
• Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various customer applications, providing high service levels and responsiveness.
• Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to operating platforms and products in a production environment.
• Ensure all issues are resolved or escalated promptly, maintaining positive communication with customers at all levels.
• Utilize information tools, training, and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Document all issue resolutions and application knowledge according to standards.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 8 years of experience
• Support responsibilities include debugging and troubleshooting Java-based applications.
• Proven hands-on experience with core Java, microservices, and MongoDB.
• Ability to troubleshoot deeply and acquire/create necessary knowledge for effective troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of Splunk, VictorOps, AppDynamics, ELK stack, web automation tools like Selenium, and the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
• Experience with public Cloud providers such as AWS or Azure, including architecture, tools, and methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge of Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Jenkins, Git.

• Work Schedule: Business hours + On call
