WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team and perform the following tasks:

1. Adhere to agreed SLAs
2. Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues across various customer applications, providing high service levels and responsiveness.
3. Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to operating platforms and products in a production environment.
4. Ensure all issues are resolved or escalated promptly, maintaining positive communication with customers at all levels.
5. Utilize information tools, training, and experience to ensure high customer satisfaction.
6. Document all issue resolutions and application knowledge according to standards.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 8 years of experience
• Support responsibilities include debugging and troubleshooting Java-based applications.
• Proven hands-on experience with core Java, microservices, and MongoDB.
• Ability to troubleshoot deeply and acquire/create necessary knowledge for effective troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of Splunk, VictorOps, AppDynamics, ELK stack, web automation tools like Selenium, and the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
• Experience with public Cloud providers such as AWS or Azure, including architecture, tools, and methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge of Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Jenkins, Git.
