A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Project Manager for Promotional Materials & Compliance based in Spain. This role entails ensuring compliance with local regulations, project coordination, and providing expert guidance to clients. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in regulatory services, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proactive approach to managing client relationships and opportunities.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in promotional and marketing materials.
• Structured and analytical working style.

Acting as Project Manager for Promotional Materials & Compliance related projects within Spain

Responsibilities include :

• Planning and coordination of processes and projects in Spain
• Providing technical advice on authority requests and external communications
• Reviewing information texts, packaging, and promotional materials for legal compliance in Spain
• Developing SOPs and training materials for Promotional Materials & Compliance for clients
• Offering general advice on local Spanish regulations
• Serving as Veeva Coordinator in Spain when required
• Preparing and conducting product / therapeutic area trainings
• Designing and implementing systems, tools, and processes in Spain
• Addressing partnering needs and potential proposals to the Head of Service Area for Spain
• Maintaining vendor relations and ensuring compliance
• Monitoring issues and lessons learned across projects for ongoing service improvement
• Identifying new opportunities within existing clients to generate repeat business, coordinating with senior team members, account managers, project managers, and business development teams

Your Profile

• Expert knowledge of Spanish legal regulations for promotional and marketing materials, with 2-5 years of experience
• Experience in regulatory services
• Autonomous, focused, and committed to high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Structured, analytical, systematic, and independent working style
• Ability to adapt quickly to new and challenging situations, delivering strategic outcomes in line with policies
• Proactive in identifying and managing cross-selling opportunities
• Ability to analyze problems and propose business-level solutions
• Constructively collaborates with team members across departments, cultures, and geographies, making decisions that foster respect and team spirit
• Capable of managing relationships with internal and external clients at the department head level
