N-iX is looking for a Senior UKG Integrator (Consultant) to join the team.

Our client is a Spain-based company, delivering services to enterprises in the field of implementation, customization, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG platform.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled engineer with hands-on experience who can hop on to the project and drive the process of platform integrations.

Objective :

Lead the implementation, customization, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG platform (UKG PRO) to efficiently manage human resources, payroll, and workforce management processes, ensuring organizational objectives are met.

Responsibilities :

  • Implementation and Configuration :
  • Lead the implementation of UKG modules (Pro, Dimensions, Ready, or others)
  • Configure the system according to organizational needs
  • Integrate UKG with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Maintenance and Optimization :
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize UKG processes
  • Manage updates and new functionalities
  • Support and Training :
  • Provide technical and functional support to end-users
  • Train staff on proper use of the platform
  • Create and maintain user manuals and technical documentation
  • Analysis and Reporting :
  • Design and generate custom reports in UKG for data analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the platform
  • Regulatory Compliance :
  • Ensure the system complies with local labor and tax regulations
  • Oversee data security and protect information privacy

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years working with UKG platforms (implementation, support, or administration)
  • Experience in integration projects with other enterprise systems
  • Experience in configuring specific UKG modules
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL) and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as API and middleware
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong communication and training abilities
  • Official certification in UKG products
  • Certification in complementary tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Confident level of English for daily communication
