PLD Space, headquartered in Elche, Spain, seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of its projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality targets. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments to define requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets and resources, monitoring progress, and reporting to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or related field, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects in the aerospace, defense, or technology industries.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or related associations is desirable.
• Experience with international collaboration and multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end management of PLD Space projects from initiation to closure.
• Plan, schedule, budget, allocate resources, and manage risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Facilitate team meetings and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality systems.
• Prepare reports and documentation for senior management.
