Sateliot in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own one or more mission domains within our space programs. You will safeguard delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and risk, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and maintaining a coherent baseline.

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience in complex technical program environments.
• Experience managing high-complexity programs with multi-team dependencies.
• Ability to operate in schedule-driven, high-uncertainty environments with structured decision-making.
• Lead by influence across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation with accountability for financial performance.
• Active risk management experience with early identification and mitigation planning.
• Exposure to AIT/MAIT campaigns or major verification events from a programmatic perspective.
• Translate technical decisions into programmatic impact (schedule, cost, risk).
• Knowledge of predictive and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the programmatic focal point for your domain, coordinating engineering, MAIT, procurement, quality, and operations.
• Align teams with clear priorities, interfaces, and delivery expectations.
• Work through influence with technical leads while maintaining programmatic discipline.
• Address conflicts and escalations to protect delivery outcomes.
• Own and maintain the programmatic baseline: schedule, milestones, and KPIs.
• Provide visibility on scope, schedule, cost, and risk performance.
• Report progress and deviations with recommended actions.
• Identify and maintain a living risk register.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans aligned with milestones.
• Map and manage cross-domain dependencies and interfaces.
• Monitor budget execution and advise on resource allocation.
• Ensure readiness for critical phases (MAIT, environmental testing, launch).
