Sateliot, a Barcelona-based satellite company, is building its AI capability from the ground up and offering an early role with real ownership. As AI Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of AI projects, plan across teams, manage scope and budget, and keep the portfolio visible and on track within Sateliot's roadmap.

You will also coordinate daily execution, track blockers, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience managing technical, software or AI projects end to end.
• Strong command of project management fundamentals: scope, planning, budget, risk and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with task management tools like Jira (or similar).
• Experience running agile day-to-day execution: sprints, stand-ups, backlog management.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the need: work with requesters and end users to understand what each AI project must actually solve.
• Plan across the team: coordinate with AI department areas to plan each project effectively.
• Run each project: manage scope, timelines, budget and dependencies end to end.
• Avoid duplication: maintain visibility across the portfolio to prevent duplicated effort.
• Deliver: ensure each project ships on time, with quality, within budget and aligned with the roadmap.
