What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a technical leader for post-sales Databricks implementations
• Design and implement production-grade data pipelines and architecture
• Align data solutions with business needs to deliver measurable value
• Lead workshops, tutorials, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
• Collaborate directly with clients, engineers, and product teams

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills :

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark
• Deep understanding of data engineering best practices
• Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (technical consulting, architecture, pre / post-sales)

Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with AI / ML tools and workflows (e.g., MLflow)
• Knowledge of CI / CD, orchestration tools, data visualization platforms
