osapiens in Madrid seeks a Senior Solution Engineer focused on Manufacturing & Automotive to be the technical voice for the vertical. You’ll translate industry requirements into a clear value proposition for the osapiens HUB, working with executives and IT leaders to win deals.

You will own end-to-end POCs, tailor demonstrations, and collaborate with AEs. Travel ~25–35% is expected across Europe as we scale the vertical.

Formación

4+ years in solution engineering, presales, consulting or sales engineering for B2B enterprise SaaS in the target industry.
Understanding of the value chain, operating models, regulatory pressures and digital landscape of the industry.
Experience owning complex enterprise deals end-to-end, including POCs and security reviews.
Strong technical fluency: REST APIs, SAP, SSO, cloud architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to map regulatory/operational pain to ROI, TCO and deployment roadmaps.
Awareness of AI use to accelerate research, demos and RFP work.
Fluent German and English; willing to travel ~25–35% in Europe.

Responsabilidades

Be the Solution Engineering owner for the assigned industry’s enterprise opportunities.
Design and deliver vertical-tailored demonstrations of the osapiens HUB.
Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept anchored in the industry’s value drivers.
Navigate customer integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Own functional RFPs, RFIs, and IT-Integration topics.
Represent osapiens at industry events and advisory boards.
Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and value talk-tracks.
Provide industry insights to Product for roadmap decisions.
Mentor junior SEs and contribute to enablement content.
