What we're looking for

Join our fully remote team as a Senior Solution Designer. You’ll play a key role in delivering and shaping complex integrations for high-growth eCommerce brands. You’ll lead on high-impact projects, mentor Solution Designers, and have strategic input into platform direction and customer success.

Your responsibilities

• Leading discovery and design phases for complex customer integrations.
• Facilitating high-level workshops and acting as the technical SME in customer sessions.
• Drafting and signing off on technical specifications and architecture decisions.
• Producing and reviewing process flows and architecture diagrams for multi-system integrations.
• Leading project estimation in collaboration with pre-sales and development.
• Overseeing multiple projects, serving as escalation point for technical or project delivery issues.
• Driving continual improvement initiatives across solution design practice and business processes.
• Working closely with the Head of Solution Design and Engineering leaders on strategy and process.
• Mentoring and onboarding Solution Designers.
• Ensuring robust delivery and smooth go-lives for our most strategic customers.
• Leading retrospectives and driving systemic improvements from learnings.
• Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at both technical and stakeholder levels.
• Delivering against company and platform-level OKRs.

Your qualifications

Required

• Advanced ecommerce integrations experience.
• Deep expertise in ERP (ideally Netsuite), WMS, accounting systems, and modern API architecture.
• Strong background in solution design, functional consulting or integration roles.
• Experience guiding and mentoring less experienced team members.

Desirable

• Advanced knowledge of Shopify and retail stacks.
• Experience driving adoption of AI / automation in integration design.
• Expertise in Airtable and similar modern platforms.
• Previous experience with agency leadership or scaled eCommerce businesses.
• Advanced project management and multi-team coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Natural team leader and collaborator in a remote-first environment.
• Drives high standards and champions customer success at a broader team level.
• Routinely challenges and improves processes and technical approaches.
• Strategic and creative in solving business and system challenges.
• Detail-oriented, but can see and communicate the big picture.
• Brings vision to technical and team discussions.
• Empathetic mentor and communicator.
• Tenacious and outcome-driven.
