Job summary

Loop Future seeks a Senior Solution Delivery Lead for Data & AI to drive delivery of data and AI solutions across international markets, with a focus on AI proofs of concept and agentic AI. You will partner with business, product and architecture teams to turn ideas into working solutions in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, reporting to the International AI Lead.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data & Analytics, AI/ML or digital solution delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS data and AI services.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms and AI POCs.
• Proven stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior business and IT leaders.
• Self-starter, comfortable working through ambiguity with minimal direction.
• Agile delivery experience in a matrixed, global setup.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Shape, build and run AI proofs of concept and MVPs, including agentic AI solutions, and help scale the successful ones to production.
• Own delivery from requirements and backlog through to launch and adoption.
• Engage business and IT stakeholders, aligning priorities and communicating progress, risks and value.
• Bring thought leadership on AI and agentic trends, use cases and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, architects) using Agile methods.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy and compliance standards.

You will partner closely with business, product and architecture teams to turn ideas into working solutions, in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, reporting to the International AI Lead.

• Agile delivery experience and strong collaboration skills in a matrixed, global setup.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Nice to have: pharma, healthcare or life sciences experience (Commercial/Medical/Value Access), and exposure to Databricks or Snowflake.
