As a Solution Consultant, you will primarily engage with clients, requiring strong technical expertise and domain knowledge in industry verticals, digital marketing strategies, and execution.

Your role involves building blueprints to leverage Adobe Experience Cloud solutions tailored to client needs, discussing requirements with clients and business teams, and delivering compelling presentations.

You will play a key role within Cognizant Netcentric's Adobe Center of Excellence, leading engagements, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the company's growth.

What you’ll do :

1. Lead consultative engagements, exploring technical and business challenges through workshops and solution presentations.
2. Develop solution blueprints for comprehensive digital marketing platforms.
3. Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate and enhance blueprints.
4. Provide consulting to support the implementation, adoption, operation, and expansion of Adobe Experience Platform applications (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP).
5. Assist in project implementation, including product expertise, development, testing, and training.
6. Design customized solutions and technical tag strategies.
7. Validate and troubleshoot implementations, ensuring issues are resolved.
8. Create and maintain documentation such as requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
9. Advise stakeholders and support business objectives.
10. Conduct business maturity assessments and develop optimization roadmaps.
11. Support pre-sales activities with accurate estimates and quotations.
12. Continuously update your knowledge in digital marketing and cloud solutions.
13. Build effective relationships across the organization.
14. Participate actively in the Solution Consulting community, contributing to process improvements, setting high standards, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum five years of experience in consulting or professional services within enterprise software or consultancy.
2. Significant experience with Adobe technologies, especially Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Real-Time CDP, or similar enterprise tools.
3. Passion for internet technologies and solving business problems.
4. Solid understanding of business, digital concepts, and strategies.
5. Innovative, problem-solving mindset.
6. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, capable of engaging with technical, marketing, and business stakeholders.
7. Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and manage change.
8. Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Self-motivated, organized, professional, and dedicated to team and client success.
10. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
11. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12. International experience and willingness to travel are highly valued.
