Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Vocational Education in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in field supervision, commissioning, and execution of industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Previous experience leading operational field teams and coordinating project execution activities in international environments.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and continuously evolve the Field Service and Service Operations teams.
• Manage organizational capacity planning and workforce allocation to support current and future business needs.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development activities.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs related to productivity, resource utilization, quality, and efficiency.
