TRX is seeking an experienced Solar Construction Manager to lead the construction and site delivery of large-scale, ground-mounted solar PV projects in the Seville region. You will oversee mobilisation, civil works, tracker installation, and electrical installation to ensure safe, timely execution.

The role requires a Civil or Electrical Engineering degree, 8+ years in construction, and 4+ years on solar sites. Fluency in Spanish is essential; English is required for coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall construction experience, including 4+ years on solar PV or renewable energy projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through mechanical completion and handover to commissioning.
• Oversee civil works, piling, tracker installation, solar module mounting and MV/LV electrical installation works.
• Coordinate EPC subcontractors and site crews to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution.
• Establish and monitor daily/weekly targets; track progress and cost against plan.
• Ensure QA/QC, ITPs, inspections, and punch lists are completed to standard.
• Communicate with engineering teams to resolve design queries and site challenges.
