What will you do? Overseeing the entire testing strategies, process, from planning to execution. This role involves developing automated test capabilities, selecting tools, and defining processes for efficient and effective testing; Write software (C++, C, Python) for objective, reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration; Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best result; Design, implement and optimize chosen solutions; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment; Review code and mentor (junior) engineers; Share your expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes; Advisor and sparring partner for customers and stakeholders and inspiring others to strive for quality .

What do you bring? A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar; At least 7 years of experience in software development with Python and C / C++ in the high-tech domain; Experience with software testing for complex embedded systems; Preferably experience with end-to-end test automation, continuous integration and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework; You are a team player, solution-oriented, and proactive; Motivation to continuously improve yourself and develop new skills; A good command of English, and preferably Dutch language.
