• Your primary role will be to lead multiple project teams, ensuring that all stages of design and development meet high standards of quality and innovation.
• You will manage relationships with internal and external partners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• With your expertise in software systems design and development, you will review and evaluate project activities, providing actionable feedback to improve product quality and mitigate risk.
• As a thought leader, you will provide domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership, driving innovation and integration of new technologies into our projects.
• Additionally, you will mentor and guide less-experienced staff members, helping them grow and develop in their careers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in software systems design and development, with a strong focus on leadership and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++, as well as experience with Agile methodologies.
