Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer in Madrid to join a cross-functional team. You will develop and maintain automated test frameworks, validate RF systems, and push for higher test coverage through automation and process improvements.

The role requires 3-8 years of experience, a strong Python background, and familiarity with Linux environments, RF instrumentation, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Years' experience: 3-8 years in Software QA, Validation Engineering, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong Python programming and test automation skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with complex test systems and validation environments.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with RF testing environments and RF instrumentation.
• Experience integrating RF instruments into automated test systems.
• Knowledge of Selenium, PyTest, TestStand, LabVIEW, CI/CD tools, and performance testing is highly desirable.
