About The Job

We are seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer with strong manual and automation testing experience to support QA activities across various web projects. Responsibilities include working within Agile sprints, designing and executing manual test cases, contributing to automation testing, and documenting user manuals post-testing.

You should have hands-on experience with test automation using Cypress IDE or similar frameworks like Playwright. Cypress is preferred, but experience with other tools is acceptable.

What you will be doing

• Perform manual and automated testing of web applications within sprint cycles.
• Design, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and plans.
• Conduct various testing types: functional, regression, exploratory, UI, and integration.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or similar tools.
• Create user manuals and documentation after testing.
• Track and report bugs using tools like Jira, ensuring thorough follow-up.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

• 4+ years of manual QA testing experience, preferably in web environments.
• Practical automation testing experience with tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile processes.
• Experience in writing clear test cases and documentation.
• Ability to produce clear user manuals for tested features.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
