ALTER TECHNOLOGY NORD, a leading tech company based in Seville, we’re looking for a Senior Software Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives, manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure the successful delivery of software projects aligned with time, cost, scope, and quality goals.

What you can expect

  • Lead software projects from planning to delivery.
  • Define and standardize technology stacks and architectures.
  • Apply agile and secure development methodologies.
  • Coordinate technical teams and promote continuous improvement.
  • Manage data governance processes and IT vendor supervision.
  • Support CAPEX planning and budgeting with the CIO.
  • Ensure alignment with the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

What we expect from you

Must-have

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years leading web-based projects and teams.
  • Experience as a software analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of secure development and ISO 27001.
  • Advanced English (B2+), leadership, and communication skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database modelling.
  • Familiarity with .NET, Angular, MVC, Microservices, DDD.
  • Experience with Big Data (Solr, Elasticsearch, Hadoop…).
  • Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP), CI / CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins…).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
