Technical Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Senior Java Engineer with strong focus on automated testing (unit, integration, acceptance).

Proficiency in working with Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift .

Familiarity with scripting and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform , AWS CDK , or similar is a strong plus.

Hands-on experience with Git-based development workflows and CI / CD pipelines.

Soft Skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Experience working in international, multicultural Agile teams.

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
