Vista is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our CARE Technology Tribe. You will help advance our Salesforce-based customer service platform, working with a collaborative team to enhance existing solutions and develop new high-visibility applications.

As a Salesforce Senior Software Engineer, you will build features in Salesforce Service Cloud and other cutting-edge technologies used by thousands of customer care specialists worldwide.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing applications using Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Flow, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SFDX CI/CD, AWS, and SaaS capabilities.
  • Participating in code and design reviews, pair programming.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Assessing technical considerations like security and scalability.
  • Evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve user experience and business processes.

Operational contributions:

  • Designing and documenting scalable CRM solutions with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Engaging in component design discussions and following Salesforce best practices.
  • Mentoring junior engineers.
  • Working closely with product teams to ensure quality and relevance of features.
  • Managing Salesforce release cycles, deploying updates, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Fostering a positive, results-driven team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with at least 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce design systems, lifecycle, testing, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of large data handling, SOQL, and integration with other systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and fluency in English.
  • Experience working in agile environments.

Preferred skills:

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with AWS, web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), and other stacks like MEAN/MERN.
