Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance search and recommendation systems
• Lead the development of innovative information retrieval solutions
• Continuously improve search relevance through experimentation with new features and algorithms
• Analyze large-scale data sets to drive insights and inform search strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search solutions across our e-commerce platform
• Contribute to the technical and product direction of the search platform
