Formación

We are currently seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our RatedPower team in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. What you’ll do :

1. Contribute to architectural design and decisions.
2. Develop new or enhanced functionalities with efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
3. Identify and address performance and scalability issues.
4. Collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams to tackle challenges in both technical and business context.
5. Identify and implement improvements that reduce technical debt and enable the team to iterate faster.
6. Reach beyond immediate needs considering the longer-term and always look beyond for ways to have a broad impact.
7. Lead the breakdown of complex requirements into manageable deliverables.
8. Share knowledge and collaborate to help teammates improve their technical skills.

What you should have :

1. At least 3 years of experience developing web applications with React and familiarity with state management libraries (e.g. Redux, Zustand).
2. Proficiency in writing unit tests.
3. Deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and practices like SOLID for scalable web applications.
4. Motivation to improve product by suggesting and implementing technical enhancements.
5. Experience diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues.
6. Business English (B2 minimum).
