Senior Software Engineer - Operations Domain

Hello! We're looking for a Senior level Engineer to join the Operations Domain. We want someone who will add positively to the team's culture, being fully remote from within Europe and multi-cultural.

We are seeking profiles that have mastered Ruby on Rails for the backend. For the frontend, we are looking for experience with React, Javascript, or Typescript.

To build a state-of-the-art platform that centralizes employee data, creating a seamless and efficient payroll experience for our clients and transforming how businesses manage their workforce.

Team and Technologies

At Factorial, we have a team of +150 talented fullstack developers. Our stack includes Ruby on Rails for backend and React/React-native for the client side. We value smart, curious, proactive individuals with good communication skills.

Your Profile

Compensation

The annual gross salary for this senior position is €60,500, including a base of €55,000 and a variable pay up to €5,500, paid quarterly.

Your Daily Life

Starting with a 2-week onboarding, you'll learn about Factorial, pair with team members, solve bug tickets, commit early thanks to our cloud environment, and be integrated into team rituals.

Responsibilities

Influence requirements, deliver solutions, participate in decision-making, own initiatives, work on customer calls, review code, learn from the team, and mentor juniors.
