Senior Software Engineer - Operations Domain

We're looking for a Senior level Engineer to join the Operations Domain.

We want someone who will add positively to the team's culture, being fully remote and multi-cultural.

Our mission is to build a state-of-the-art platform that centralizes employee data, creating a seamless and efficient payroll experience for our clients and transforming how businesses manage their workforce.

At Factorial, we have a team of +150 talented fullstack developers. We seek smart, curious, proactive individuals with good soft and communication skills.

Our stack includes Ruby on Rails for backend and React / React-native for clients.

For this senior position, the gross annual salary is €60,000, including a base of €51,000 and up to €9,000 variable pay, paid quarterly, based on company goals.

Your daily life with us

You’ll start with a 2-week onboarding, involving learning about Factorial, pairing with team members, solving minor tickets, and integrating into team rituals.

A Senior engineer influences requirements, works autonomously, and participates in team decisions via Requests For Comments.

You'll own major initiatives, focus on outcomes, and collaborate on quarterly roadmaps, considering technical needs.

Engagement with customers to understand their pains, daily code reviews, and feedback are integral parts of your role.

You'll learn from and mentor the team, fostering an environment of engineering quality.
