Your profile

Factorial evaluates based on knowledge and skills, not years of experience. The salary for this senior position is €60,500 gross annually, including a €55,000 base and up to €5,500 variable pay, paid quarterly.

Your daily life with us

You’ll start with a 2-week onboarding, including learning about Factorial, pairing with team members, solving low-stake bugs, and integrating into team rituals. As a senior engineer, you will influence requirements, own big initiatives, work with your team to establish goals, participate in customer calls, review code daily, learn from the team, and mentor juniors.
