Atmen, a Munich-based RegTech startup, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape our product with a strong focus on scalable full-stack development. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build robust solutions using TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS, while upholding best practices and an emphasis on maintainability.

You will own features end‑to‑end, mentor colleagues, and help drive performance and reliability in a fast-paced startup environment in Munich.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack focus.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Strong software engineering principles: clean code, modularity, testing and maintainability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack software solutions with high quality and maintainability.
• Drive development from ideation to production in collaboration with design, engineering, and product teams.
• Lead by example, write clean, testable code and promote engineering best practices.
• Own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of learning and growth.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability to meet enterprise-grade standards.
